I want to install the 2010 map on my garmin nuvi 200. The file is like 2gb. so how do i know how much space is left in my garmin so i can add the new map?
How much memory is my Garmin GPS?
Are there so many changes in roads every year it's worth $70 to update the maps, or should I do so every couple of years?
Just do it every two years unless there is major construction in your area or you have move. the software usualy is accurate for a couple of years if there is no major construction and the update is usually the same, save a few roads. If you want the most accurate and up to date maps or if you travel a lot with it then I highly recomend getting the update every year because of the fast changing roads of america. it is not always a good idea to get the preloaded SD cards if they are from a different company because they will have different maps thus creating a bad expirence for you.
Is it worth the money to update Garmin maps annually?
I need a gadget like this for my outside runs, and from research it seems like Garmin is king of this world. It appears that they've got three different models, the 205, 305, and 405. the only difference I saw was that the 205 costs a $100 less than the 305 and 405. So, what's the difference between these three models?
well the 305, and the 405 have a little better suport for the bigger people out there. and that is why it is 100$ more then the 205.

Ok ..so the forerunner in the 2011 presidential elections is a gay man (David Norris). he is ranked as the most likely to win the elections with 50% more people likely to vote for him than his nearest rival ! if a gay man is elected president in Ireland ..I know we aren't that powerful a country will we see a change a European plotics maybe the whole western works view on gays ??ps I'm not gay and can't yet vote but strongly support david Norris.
Mr Norris is a smart man and has done much to promote Ireland over the years. nevertheless, his sexual identity is of little or no consequence given all the problems Ireland faces and will not be paid much attention to.
The sexuality of a person should not be a reflection on their ability to do a job ….. as far as I am concerned it should be the best candidate for the job every time.
Will this be a defining moment for Irish politics and the European union ?

I have a Garmin satnav and just recently updated the map to City Navigator Europe NT 2010.10 but I don't see any difference in the maps, for example a road near me is not on the maps. does garmin not update the roads in the map updates or have I done something wrong?

Hi,i jsut got my nuvi 350 gps and i cant figure out how to set the map to canada,in the begining i chose canada but the when i touch the view map button,it gives me Garmin Internationnal US,so the location is in the Garmin compagny in the US,so how do i lead it to QC canada i tried EVERYTHING!!!

I was in an accident that gave me a traumatic brain injury, and because of that I am not makeing the same income, not even close anymore. the injury gave me a speech impediment, I am in sales, so this obvious was a death blow. I am 2 years out from my college degree, the only way I can make enough income to afford the child support is to go back and finish.what do you think that the court will do to modify the amount of support, based on my new situation? I plan on living on student loans and special assistance grants. I really want to gratuate and get a greatr job in order to pay all the child support, my x is a baylor college graduate, her parents have paid cash for her and the boys a house, bought her a new forerunner, so she is not hurting for anything, she also got $50,000 cash in the divorce. So understand I am not trying to be a "dead-beat" just in a really hard situation.
The most important thing you can do is not let those monthly payments of child support pile up in arrears. they will never go away even if you manage to get the monthly reduced.
Nip it in the bud. Get your lawyer on the horn and seek a hearing to reduce your support to what you can afford.
we can't know what the courts will decide but you seem to make a good case for reduced payments so that you can improve your future prospects. good luck and be more careful in future. you have a big responsibility now to your child as well as to yourself.
In Canada you just apply to the courts for a reduction in child support.You provide your financial statement and the courts will change the child support payments to a lower amount.
Throw yourself at the mercy of the court and state you case,you may get it reduced.
That's a tough deal, man. I don't know if your child support will be reduced (although one would like to think so), but I do wish you all the best luck.
Whose idea was it for the divorce?
If it was her idea, then she should get diddly-squat (kids or no kids), not a dime, not a farthing, not a pfennig, nor a piastre. and, just for the simple joy of it, toss her *** into the street, with an old chair and a tin cup and dark glasses too, and maybe with a pet cat or squirrel or something.
If the divorce was your idea, or you were whomping on her to cause the divorce….then yer screwed – blued – as well as tattooed.
Sadly, in our society, a judge is more likely to side with the woman, because she is envisioned as the victim. My parents just split, and even though my father is a deadbeat, when he was laid off, his child support payments were not according to his earnings. it will be much easier for you to lower your payments if you and your ex are still talking, or on good terms, however, the way you desribe it, I would think not. hopefully you can provide sufficient evidence that she is not hurting for money, but that your accident has been a major setback to your finances.

It depends on the state where you got the divorce and the custody order is entered in. every state I am aware of bases child support off income. if you income has changed, you should apply to have the support amount recalculated. You usually can only have support redetermined every 2 years or so, unless there are circumstances that warrant it. With your situation, the court would definitely recalculate. There is usually a minimum amount, like $250 a month, you will likely have to pay. You can probably do it yourself, there are usually self help forms available, but it is best to get an attorney. if you can't find one, call the local bar or the court to see if there is legal assistance you can get to have an attorney for free.

I'm taking a trip cross country and would like to get a GPS for my car. I want one that says when to change lanes and which way I need to turn and says the street names. also I want one that has nearby gas stations and restaurants and things like that.
