I'm thinking the Garmin Forerunner 305 but I want some other opinions.
I would say the best is the 405, but for the money it is hard to beat the 301, and if you don't need the HRM then the 201 is good. one drawback to the 301 is that I don't think it will work as well in heavy tree cover or in a large urban area (tall buildings), but I live in the prairie and it works great!
